Commenting on another blog

Task 10: Commenting on another blog Go to your teacher's blog. Look at the introductory post and leave a comment. Now make a post on YOUR blog stating what you said in your comment. This is the comment I posted on Sharon's Blog in answer to her question 'What is the last movie you watched?' In answer to your question ‘What is the last movie you watched?’ I can’t remember what the last movie was but, I recently binge watched the series Killing Eve on ABC iView, it was terrific. It focuses on a female contract assassin and the female agent trying to catch her. You should check it out.

Recommended tools for social media engagement

Task 11: Recommended tools for social media engagement From your examinations and investigations choose two social media applications/tools that you would recommend as being of the most benefit to libraries. Give detailed reasons why you recommend these two tools? Facebook and Twitter - Both are similar, they update followers on upcoming events and news at the library that they may not hear about otherwise. You don't have to be a member of the library to follow them. Email is the other, when you become a member of the library you can sign-up to receive an eNewsletter. This also gives you information on upcoming events, suggested reading and important notices monthly. These applications are an excellent marketing tool for libraries as they promote events and different uses for the library than just borrowing books.

Changing the arrangement of my blog

Task 9: Changing the arrangement of my blog You can change the arrangement of your blog easily too. The arrangement of the blog elements can be changed using the Layout button on the left-hand side. This allows you to click and drag to rearrange elements. For example, you can make your blog posts section move to the right or left sides of your blog. You can add or delete Gadgets here too. When you have changed the layout write a blog post about the new arrangement. You may have already made these kinds of changes to your blog – you don’t need to change them again. Briefly describe what you have done. I added the Translate and the page views gadgets to the sidebar

You may have already made these kinds of changes to your blog – you don’t need to change them again. Briefly describe what you have done.
